We promised to put in Michael's WELSH RAREBIT RECIPE
Red Leicester Cheese
Gruyere Cheese
Half spoon of Mustard Powder
Worcester Sauce
Milk
White Pepper
Grate the cheeses, blend all the above together to make a paste, spread onto a thick piece of bread after you have grilled one side of the bread. Put a slice of tomato on the top and grill the cheesy side.
Poach an egg to slide on the top together with an apple sliced and fried in butter.
