ITS ALL OVER FOR A WHILE

Mike has now left PLAY RADIO for several reasons that may be disclosed soon. ALSO Mike finishes with PRESS TV at the end of this week, giving him time now to sort his life. Sadly Mike's Mum is seriously ill in Hospital and Mike wishes to take stock of his current situation.
Mike is negotiating with Press Televison for a new, but different show on the network and radio wise he will be heard on USA based TALK RADIO ONE for a while before joining a UK based internet radio station in a couple of months. Mike is also talking to an internet based television company about a series and also in discussions with a publisher about a coupe of books they wish him to write.
More news as it happens.

Mike would like to thank James Whale, George Galloway, Jon Gaunt & Kelvin McKenzie for their amazing support over the past few months. These 4 guys have kept Mike in the media when he was ready to give up and just vanish.

Mike has also been amazed at the number of members of the public who have approached him over the past few months, (even yesterday), asking him where he is, why he left talksport and how much they miss him etc.

MIKE TURNS TO POLITICS

Broadcast Journalist Mike Mendoza, former night time presenter on Talksport and currently Presenter of the 'Off The Cuff' show on Press TV (SKY 515) and presenter of The Mike Mendoza Show on Play Radio UK has been adopted as Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for UKIP to stand in the East Sussex constituency of Hove.

Mike is a former Hove Councillor and is well known in the area. Two weeks ago Mike introduced David Cameron to a packed Market Arts Centre in Hove.
Mike Mendoza was also an Adur Councillor standing as Conservative for the Sompting Ward then as an independent for the Marine Ward.

Mike decided to stand for UKIP after realising that there is no real alternative to what there is on offer at present. Mike says that Gordon Brown's stand on Europe is nothing short of disgusting and treasonable, not giving the people of our Nation the opportunity to decide on the Lisbon treaty shows the contempt Brown has towards the population, the electorate.
Its time that UKIP were given the opportunity to show that they are not a one horse party with a single agenda, UKIP is not anti Europe but certainly is totally against being ruled by Europe!.
UKIP should be the 3rd party in Westminster, the Lib Dems are a spent force who are treated as a joke by the majority in the UK.
UKIP will represent the people and respect the peoples views.
Mike says he cant wait for Brown to call that election so the 'people' can decide who THEY want to rule us for the future, I for one welcome the challenge. In the meantime Mike will also stand as UKIP County Councillor in the forthcoming West Sussex elections.
