After an amazing weekend at the Shoreham Airshow Last weekend, Mike caught up with Don Beam MBE, the man who really is Mr Shoreham Airshow. Don is 'beaming' after reaching the magical £1 million pounds in support of the RAFA. Here are some pics from The Airshow... get ready for next years show which will be even bigger!

Mike spoke to the amazing G.P. Taylor on Monday morning, G.P. (Graham) has done it all, he's been a vicar, club bouncer, trained exorcist, policeman, record plugger, and now a best selling author who has knocked J K Rowling off the best seller list. G.P.'s book 'Shadowmancer' topped the UK charts for a record 15 weeks and has been translated into 43 languages. There is a copy of the book on eBay for £205! The sequel to Shadowmancer is now out 'The Curse Of Salamander Street' is a great read and available now.

Mike is supporting a new charity by the name of WHOOPSADAISY.
This is a charity for the benefit of physically disabled children aged 5-12. The charity wishes to expand to encompass all ages in time, building respite care centres and gymnasiums. Special emphasis will be given to those suffering from cerebral palsy with the introduction of Conductive Education techniques, essential to the progress of the individual sufferer.
Mike will be auctioning off (at the request of a listener) his 'big horn', there is a starting bid of £200 already in, but he wont let it go for that. So if you fancy Mike's horn get bidding! Whatever is achieved will be donated totally to WHOOPSADAISY.
Don Beam MBE is the man behind one of the most successful airshows in the land. Situated at Shoreham By Sea in West Sussex. The Brighton Beach Boys popped in with David Courtney on Sunday morning. WOW! What an amazing sound. The boys even recorded a new jingle for Mike in the style of the Beach Boys. The reaction to their appearance by listeners was amazing.

The lovely Sarah Tucker came into the studio early on Monday morning for a chat, to talk about French properties and to plug her new book 'The Playground Mafia' in the shops later this month. Sarah is one of the presenters of BBC1's holiday programme and recently presented ITV's 'I Want That House Revisited'.
Mike visited the Dogs Trust new rehoming centre in Shoreham, West Sussex and spoke to Eleanor Silk, the Head of communications at the dogs trust.
